Refund Policy

We're confident you'll love our products and we want you to have that same level of confidence in your purchase which is why we offer hassle free returns within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless KyElla Design Co. has sent an incorrect size/style or a damaged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Cropped Shirts/Sweatshirts, Earrings, Sale or Clearance items, Custom Orders

To complete your return or exchange: Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
